Job Responsibilities For Secretary

  • Provide full secretarial support to the CEO which includes business and personal matters.
  • Manage the Directors business / personal calendar, meeting appointments, travel schedule and travel arrangements - demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving abilities to adjust or prioritize schedules based on last-minute changes.
  • Work closely with the CEO to provide support for various administrative activities.
  • Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
  • Perform General Office administrative duties includes attending to walk-in Guests of CEO, assisting to answer phone calls, courier arrangement and mailing.
  • Buy meals for lunch meetings if required.
  • Buy coffee / snacks for CEO / Guests if required.

Requirements

  • Experience in secretarial duties is preferred.
  • Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be party of confidential information.
  • Experience in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Words.
  • Can start work immediately
