About the job Manager/ Assistant Manager

Main Responsibilities:

  • Perform overall management and coordination of corporate secretarial works across the Groups local and foreign entities
  • Manage and liaise with corporate service providers and offshore administrators on the incorporation/liquidation of entities, preparation of resolutions/meeting minutes and updating/filing of corporate registers/documents
  • Maintain statutory compliance schedule and requirements; administer and liaise with service providers for the preparation and timely submission of regular statutory reporting
  • Facilitate the on boarding process of external parties (service providers, vendors, banks, etc.) and work closely with Compliance team as well as other relevant stakeholders on KYC/due diligence requests
  • Ensure proper and comprehensive maintenance of all corporate related documents, records and information
  • Support the establishment and implementation of corporate secretarial processes, as well as assist in other corporate related projects



Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree with ICSA qualification
  • Familiarity with MAS regulatory and offshore statutory compliance requirements would be advantageous.
  • Good understanding of corporate structure and corporate governance matters
  • Organized, meticulous, detail-oriented
  • Able to work independently and multi-task to meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong writing capability
