Job Description
The Manager, HR Business Partner will work together with the division leaders to achieve strategic organisation goals and provide hands-on consultation and solutions across many areas including but not limited to talent acquisition, talent development, employee relations, rewards and change management. He/she acts as the key contact person for the employees and managers in the divisions and play a critical role in bringing and aligning effective HR solutions to achieve organisational strategies and goals.
Job Responsibilities:
Business Partnering
- Drive the overall people support for divisions assigned.
- Partner with the division leaders to develop and implement manpower plans whether we Buy, Build and/or Borrow.
- Provide efficient acquisition of talents to meet division needs.
- Provide guidance and coaching to managers on all HR matters.
- Drive, influence and support change management to improve operational efficiencies and planned growth.
- Communicate effectively any HR-related policies changes and updates to all levels of staff in division assigned.
Talent Acquisition
- Specialise in end-to-end recruitment functions which include job postings, screening, shortlisting and interviewing candidates, and making job offers.
- Manage and expand recruitment channels/campaigns/networking to find the right talents and to ensure that we build a robust and consistent candidates pipeline.
- Stay up-to-date with recruitment best practices including use of technology to improve operational efficiencies.
Rewards Management
- Manage the rewards (compensation & benefits) and performance management portfolios effectively, ensuring internal equity and market competitiveness
- Lead in the yearly rewards budgeting exercise and put up recommendations to Senior Management on rewards parameters
- Drive annual performance and salary review process
HR Projects
- Lead and drive various staff engagement programs including the Bi-Annual People Opinion Survey. Ensure that planned actions to improve engagement are drawn and implemented in a timely and effective manner.
- Plan, manage and lead HR-related or cross-functional projects as when as assigned.
Job Specifications:
- Degree in relevant discipline
- Minimum 10 years of relevant HR experience with at least 3 years in HR business partnering roles preferred.
- Prior working experience in non-profit organisations will be an added advantage.
- Meticulous, analytical and self-motivated
- Customer-focused mindset and comfortable in interacting with people at all levels
- Good communication (both oral and written) and presentation skills
