Project Coordinator

Position Summary

• Study work specification, preparation of worklist with detail scope from work specification, technical clarification, material selection, material list and ordering or sourcing of material and subcontractor as required.
  

• Plan, execute and monitor (Work scope, progress, schedule, manpower, material, technical matters) and collaboration with PSM, supervisor and foreman during job execution to ensure that all works are complete on schedule without compromising safety and quality.
  

• Actively observe, monitor and train subordinates.
  

Responsibilities:

1. Inspection of Erection Control Panels, Cable Trays, Junction box, Cable ladder, Glanding &Termination as Per Drawing.

2. Supervise the installation of the following:

a. Electrical & Instrumentation panel

b. Cable Ladder & Support Fabrication

c. Electrical & Instrumentation Cables

d. Field Instruments

e. Cable Glanding & Termination Works

f. Instrument Tubings & Fittings

3. Find out & solve the problems on Electrical Control Panel Fault

4. Ability to do fabrication & installation of Various Type of Electrical Panel.

5. When a contractor is required to perform the work, request a subcontractor with a detailed scope of work and active monitoring of the work progress to complete the work timely without compromising safety and quality.

6. Prepare Site Progress Report and Manpower Planning. Monitor and update progress of jobs and work schedule, notify to Snr. Engineer & HOD for any potential issue that can delay project completion.

7. Able to perform and demonstrate safe work practice, teamwork and collaboration, time management, communication skills, planning, problem-solving, and execution of work professionally.

Job Requirements:-

• 10 Years above with relevant working experience.
  

• Good electrical knowledge
  

• Able to perform and demonstrate safe work practice, teamwork and collaboration, time management, communication skills, planning, problem-solving, and execution of work professionally.
  

• Familiar with construction safety and regulations and MOM requirements.
  

• Proficient in Microsoft office & excel.
