Some of the responsibilities are as below:

Responsible for managing/oversee the facilities teams with their day-to-day management of property projects, health and safety matters and building maintenance.

Duties;

  • Develops and maintains positive relationships with clients. Attends client meetings.
  • Coordinates oversee and/or manages repair and maintenance work assignments performed by technicians, vendors and contractors performing building maintenance, landscaping and janitorial work.
  • Reviews work orders to ensure that assignments are completed.
  • Responsible for facilities inspections and reports.
  • Responsible for HVAC, gen-set and UPS maintenance.
  • Obtains and reviews price quotes for the procurement of parts, services, and labour for projects.
  • Manages vendor relationships and trains vendors on the work order and billing procedures.
  • Managing landlord relationships.
  • Managing service contracts
  • Daily user for work order system, Corrigo, email, and training.
  • Conducting regular facility audits for safety and compliance.
  • Controlling all maintenance and facilities spend in line with budgeted levels.
  • Conducts financial/business analysis including the preparation of reports.
