Job Highlights

Job Description
- Serving as a liaison between upper management and technical staff to ensure project goals are met by all parties involved
- Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage
- Developing policies and procedures for the department based on industry best practices, relevant legislation, and input from staff members
- Determining whether new technologies can be integrated into existing systems to improve efficiency or reduce costs
- Provide IT strategic planning and direction for the IT roadmap.
- Led the development of a new product from concept to market entry
- building strong cross-functional relationships internally and externally
- developing people through coaching and mentoring
- Develop technical aspects of the company strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals
- Develop go-to-market strategies that included pricing models (premium vs mainstream), distribution channels (direct vs indirect) etc.,
- Oversee the design process from conceptualization to production ramp up ensuring adherence to timelines while maintaining high levels of quality control throughout the entire lifecycle of the project.
- Establish clear IT and Technology-related policies/guidelines and processes to safeguard data integrity and governance
Job Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent
- Good understanding of both IT and business processes and the relationship between them.
- Strong foundation in networking and systems administration
- Knowledge of technological trends to build strategy
- Ability to conduct technological analyses and research
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Outstanding communication skills.
