YOUR IMPACT _________

In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to partner with multiple stakeholders and lead the full spectrum of Talent Acquisition up to Assistant Manager level. This includes driving projects, using creative sourcing techniques to attract talents and to build talent pipeline.

You may partner with different channels of recruitment sources to maximize talents outreach, with schools, or by designing campaigns to increase the employer branding and awareness to attract talents.

YOUR MISSION _________

  • Build the talent pipeline for identified roles by reaching out to passive and active candidates
  • Execute the talent acquisition strategies, plans, and advocate best practices
  • Proactive management of applicants and provide timely updates to key stakeholders
  • Ensure a great candidate/applicants experience
  • Manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process, in line with the roles requirement and the expectations of key stakeholders
  • Lead the campus recruitment activities, including internship programmes and undergraduate/summer programmes
  • Lead employer branding activities
  • Support new hires on-boarding programme, where applicable
  • Assist in any other tasks that may be assigned from time-to-time

WHAT YOU OFFER _________

  • Minimum 2 years of working experience, ideally as an in-house recruiter from the retail/hospitality/airlines/customer service industry
  • Exposure to SEA markets will be advantaged
  • Ability to contribute in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and prioritize multiple functions and tasks
  • Well-organized individual with excellent communications and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage relationships across multiple departments/teams/stakeholders, and to build lasting partnership and collaboration
