About the job Talent Acquisition Executive
A successful Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for the active requisition of employees through a well-managed recruitment process. You will need to possess an eye in identifying the diamonds among the stones and have the ability to look beyond the candidates profile, into their undiscovered potential.
The Talent Acquisition Executive will report to the Director of People Experience.
What youll do
Recruitment
- Partner with the hiring managers of vacancies
- Be responsible for job postings on local job portals
- Ensure existing vacancies are being filled in a timely manner
- Ensure job descriptions are relevant and updated
- Outreach to local tertiary institution in the country for interns, management trainees, and full time employees
Compensation & Benefits
- Conduct groundwork for compensations and benefits such as research for systems, carry out benchmarking exercise etc. for the country
HR Operations
- Manage and update the ATS
- Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g time-to-hire, cost-per-hire etc)
Who you are
Requirements
- Hold a qualification from an accredited institution
- With minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, more experienced candidates may be considered for a more senior position
- Proven ability to look beyond candidates profiles, to look into their undiscovered potential
- Experience in both in-house recruitment and executive search firm will be an added advantage
- Familiarity in a coworking real estate environment will be an added advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Qualities
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Have strong organisational and planning skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills; confident interacting with vendors, speakers and cross-company teams at all different levels of seniority
- Self-starter with a good attitude towards learning
