Job Description
As Affiliate Community Manager and Affiliate Marketing team member, you will join the team responsible for shaping and executing Lazadas strategy on Affiliate Community growth and engagement of LazAffiliates. Reporting to the Manager, Affiliate marketing, you will grow, manage and drive growing Affiliate B2C segments such as Key Opinion Leaders (KOL), Content Creators, Individuals, B2C agencies, and seek out innovative approaches that optimize and enhance their performance for optimal results.

You will be responsible for:
- Managing LazAffiliates community operations and communication to ensure their engagement and growth with Lazada Affiliate Program.
- Collaborating with a team of experienced and high-performing Affiliate marketers through the end-to-end operations (Creation, implementation, tracking, post-action analysis, optimization, campaign management) of the affiliate partners B2C segment
- Establishing and growing strong relationships with LazAffiliates B2C Partners consolidating our position as partner of choice by engagement activities.
- Supervise and governance for all activities by LazAffiliates to ensure they adhere to our policies and gather feedback for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross function team for the opportunity in getting perks for KOL partners in promoting the brands.
- Negotiating with the community leaders for an exclusive arrangement and deals with brands.
- Organize community events and activities to elevate partners engagement
- Reporting performance key metrics and projects implementation status to upper management, as well as providing relevant strategic insights and supporting data.
Job Requirements
- At least 2 years experience working in one or more of the following industries: ecommerce/online performance marketing/affiliate marketing, KOL agency or community building.
- Exceptional analytical skills to measure the success of the affiliate programs, experience in leveraging site analytics & insights in order to improve performance
- Have a strong knowledge of the latest social media trends and familiar with social media features.
- Proven clients/partners management skills especially in community leaders group
- Experience and knowledge of affiliate business related topic such as CPS model, multi-touch attribution, tracking, different business models: CPUV, CPC will be a strong plus.
- Strong knowledge and skill of MS office package (Excel/PowerPoint above all) functional to the creation of business planning, sales and reporting material.
- Experienced in building Standard Operating Procedures(SOP) for community management and community building processes.
- Strong and persuasive interpersonal and verbal communication skills to communicate with community leaders and influencers on a daily basis. Must be able to communicate and fluent in Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong organizational, project management & time management skills.
- Ownership and entrepreneurship, positive attitude, energy, openness to feedback, comfortable with a fast-changing environment.
