About the job Human Resources Assistant

s Human Resources Assistant we rely on you:
Assist in coordinating special functions for colleagues such as training activity, colleagues in-house events, sports activities, etc.
Assist in preparing materials for training activities.
Perform a regular stock inventory and maintain the stationaries par level for HR Office.
Actively disseminate general information/ activities related to colleagues.
Take charge and monitor the cleanliness of the colleagues accommodation.
Regularly inspect the colleagues facilities in the hotel.
To update on a weekly basis for all kinds of communication channel to colleagues.

Requirements:
Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Human Resources/ Hospitality/ Hotel Management.
Good command in writing & speaking English. Able to speak other languages will be an added advantage.
With a minimum of one (1) year working experience in similar capacity.
Pleasant, flexible, approachable, and have an effective interpersonal skill.
A team player, and good in computer literate.
Due to work permit restrictions, only citizens of Malaysia and Permanent Residents of Malaysia shall be considered.
