About the job Executive, Customer Care

  1. Attend to enquiries, requests, feedback and complaints of customers (walk-in, emails & phone calls).
  2. Provision of quality agent service with immediate escalation to respective departments and ensure issues are resolved promptly.
  3. Accepting New Business proposal (new policy application) and other documents related policy servicing, claims and benefits.
  4. Process simple non-financial changes within authority assigned.
  5. Premium collection, issuance of receipt, day end collection balancing and reporting.
  6. Assist in monitoring traffic at Customer Service front desk to ensure a smooth running of front desk service and achieving departmental SLAs.
  7. Handling administrative works ie. recording and dispatching of incoming and outgoing documents to the related departments/ parties.

Job Requirements:-

  • Minimum Degree in any discipline, preferably Business Administration, Management and Marketing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in customer servicing role, preferably from insurance industr
