DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY:

  • To serve customers courteously and efficiently, ensuring that the highest standards of customer service are met all the time.
  • Resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently through clear management of customer service calls and numerous administrative tasks.
  • Processed large amounts of pending orders on specialized tools (SQL Accounting System) on a frequent basis and timely manner.
  • Ensure payment made by the operator is already deposited into the companys bank account.
  • Responsible to ensure refund request from licensees are prioritized accordingly and meet the time-frame policy set by Finance accordingly.
  • To collaborate with Citylink Express to get the best rate for upcoming seasonal projects.
  • Managed payment reconciliation by monthly and reporting to Finance Department.
  • Responsible for verification on payment for courier services charge.
  • Managed pre-order from licensees for new upcoming products from generating data from SQL until collection.
  • Process order for medal, trophy and plaque including product details to meet the deadline.
  • Closely works with the Procurement unit to ensure on-time delivery of products by the suppliers.
  • Managing order custom made by collecting measurement data from operators before tailoring begins.
  • Do administration tasks such as filing on a daily basis, managing petty cash merchandise and blast marketing material through whatsapp status.
  • Undertake ad-hoc assignment and related duties when required.
