The Office Manager will be responsible for being on a team supporting and assisting managers of the Tulsa Computer Repair facility. Your work will involve heavy data entry, reporting, and inventory tracking in excel. You will coordinate daily calendars, manage appointments and meetings for both internal and external parties, plan travel arrangements and help keep operations organized and efficient. The Office Manager will be an integral part of creating company culture and must have a strong connection to Crusoes mission and values.
In addition to those mentioned above, your responsibilities may involve assisting in day to day operational tasks including vendor management, ordering, event planning and general administrative support. As the Officer Manager, you will be required to work at the office at least 5 days per week. This person will work closely with other Assistants to provide seamless support to various teams throughout the company. As the organization grows and develops, this person will take on different responsibilities and support different functions on an as needed basis.
Responsibilities
- Data entry, reporting, and inventory tracking for equipment repair facility
- Manages and maintains active calendar for management to include appointments, meetings, travel, and other arrangements
- Support various teams with external group email accounts, answer phone and collect messages
- Work closely with other admins to coordinate corporate travel, and company wide activities
- Act as a project manager for non-recurring and ongoing special projects, and work both independently and within a team until successfully completed
- Available during the traditional work week, and outside the traditional workday for urgent matters
- Ordering of office supplies, snacks for staff, and upkeep of breakroom area
- Performs other clerical or administrative duties as needed
Requirements
- 2+ years experience providing administrative support to management level leaders
- Manufacturing, assembly, or technical environment experience highly desirable
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Advanced data entry skills
- Experience with Google Workspace (email, calendar, etc.) is great to have
- Solid experience working with excel
- Ability to lift 20 lbs
- Positive, professional, can do attitude
- Ability to prioritize and effectively manage tasks independently
