Responsibilities

• Day-to-day work will include billing deals, customer payoffs, journal entries, transactional accounting, account reconciliations and month-end close reporting.
• Assist Office Manager daily with any accounting related tasks as needed.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting, maintain organizational excellence within the department.
• Provide executives with the best information available to make business decisions.
• Other responsibilities and tasks as assigned.
• Converse with Sales and Finance Managers to clear up any issues and assist with customer related concerns.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and CDK
• Dealership accounting experience preferred
• Exceptional organization and communications skills
• Positive attitude and eagerness to improve
• Driven personality and ablility to be successful in an individual and team setting
• Ability to meet deadlines
