Algorithm Engineer

Job Description:

Responsible in Huawei search/recommendation/advertising scene semantics understanding, ranking optimization, text content and related direction algorithm innovation and execution.

Involved in the design of the algorithm and research theory in information retrieval and ordering model, research field included: Comparative Learning, active learning, sparse

Continuous optimization in model compression, distillation, accelerations, and fine-tuning of relevant task.

Skills / Qualifications:

Bachelor or above in Computer, Artificial Intelligent, Mathematics, Automated Engineering, Computer software or similar area

Possess excellence skills in algorithm and coding in machine learning/deep learning models, familiar with coding language Python/C++ and at least one of the deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow/MindSpore etc.).

Possess at least one year and above experience in natural language processing (NLP) practical and research on pre-trained model, deep semantic matching, model compression and related field.

Candidate that published on top-ranking NLP/AI conference or relevant fields such as ACL、EMNLP、NAACL、NIPS、ICLR、AAAI、IJCAI etc., or award receiver of the related top -ranking competition will be added advantage.
