Description
The Institute of Policy Studies, Social Lab, is a policy research
think-tank at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National
University of Singapore.
The Project Support ( Part-time ) personnel will support the project team in various tasks and duties.
Responsibilities will inlcude but not limited to :
Make calls using software provided to verify the validity of cases collected according to a scripted checklist
Perform audio validation on collected survey recordings by surveyors
Key in data into software provided
Data processing of documents (i.e. Data entry, checking etc)
Scanning and sorting of documents.
General office housekeeping duties.
Collection of materials from interviewers
on-Site Validation
Conduct of interview with respondents either via, Phone, Zoom, Face-to-Face or as required
Shadowing and evaluation of survey processes
Assist with other administrative duties as assigned
Requirement:
Must possess at least an A Level or Diploma or equivalent
Possess positive attitude and able to work independently
Possess strong computer skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
Must be meticulous and good with details
Ability to cope with pressure and tight timelines
From $10-$15 per hour
Work hours can include regular office hours ( 9-5 or off office hours and weekends )
Work Location can include in office, WFH or on-site as assigned.
