About the job HR Admin Executive

Responsibility

  • Assist the management and be responsible for handling a full spectrum of HR & Admin functions.
  • Perform full recruitment cycle from advertising, screening, interviewing, and recommendations for successful placements.
  • Process employee data, responsible for new hire onboarding and off-boarding, employment documents and updating company policies.
  • Must be familiar with MOM Regulations.
  • Handle work pass applications, renewal, cancellation, appeal, and update personal particulars to MOM.
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Manage, maintain workflow compliance and seek continuous improvement to existing HR and admin workflow.
  • Advise managers in HR processes and legislative requirements and processes to ensure that HR matters are effectively dealt with.
  • Act as the first point of contact within a company for all HR-related inquiries.
  • Handle ISO documentation.
  • Handle office administration, receipts, stationery, coordination, office maintenance and etc.
  • Prepare routine and adhoc reports.
  • Perform any other work duties as assigned from time to time.

About You

  • Minimum Diploma/NITEC with 1-3 years of relevant HR, Recruitment and/or Administration working experience. Fresh graduates with relevant HR internship experience are welcome to apply.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc) and collaboration applications
  • Good communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Ability to interact well with people at all levels
  • Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement
  • Strong data organization and filing skills
  • Meticulous and Attention to detail
  • Must be familiar with Employment Act, and other statutory requirements and legislation in Singapore
