Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Will be trained in the customer service, marketing, stock and accounting departments, to be a relief staff in these departments.
- Handle maintenance of office.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned from time to time.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks required by the management.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Business, Secretarial or equivalent.
- Mature, responsible, flexible, proactive at work and efficient at accomplishing tasks assigned.
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines.
