Job Responsibilities


  • Manage the HR Management System and ensure accuracy of employee data
  • Perform the full aspect of recruitment activities and may screen resumes and applications, interview & shortlist, reference checks, new hire onboarding administration and orientation
  • Conduct exit interviews, analyse turnover trends with recommendations
  • Process work pass applications/renewals/cancellations
  • Handle enquiries from employees on HR policies and practices
  • Manage the monthly uniforms inventory, distribute uniforms and safety boots to the employees
  • Work closely with the operations supervisors/managers to effectively implement HR programmes and processes
  • Review and update of the employee handbook, job descriptions, HR policies and procedures
  • Responsible for HR reporting on leave utilisation, attendance, staff movement through the HRMS
  • Manage absentee payroll claim for the trainings attended
  • Organise employees recognition and celebration activities
  • Participate in ad-hoc HR projects & initiatives and other HR administration as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources or its equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of HR generalist experience preferably in the Service or High-Tech manufacturing environment
  • Good working knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and HR practices
  • Meticulous with an eye for detail, and able to work under tight timeline
  • Team player, positive attitude with high initiative and good follow-up skill
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills in English and Chinese to be able to work closely with Mandarin speaking supervisors/managers to effectively implement HR programmes and processes
  • Proficient with MS Office in Words, Excel and Powerpoint
