Job Description

The incumbent will lead the project team and be overall responsible for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of projects.

Job Duties

• Project management, plan, organise, lead and control the activities of the project team to successfully complete all assigned projects on-time and within budget.
• Acts as a primary point of contact between AJA and client.
• Is responsible for the coordination of the design and technical requirements of the project and the integration of all scope of work related to the project.
• Is responsible for the cordinal working environment at site and to promote positive working relationship with main con & other trades.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 15 years of hands-on site experience.
• Experience in glazing and facade work.
