Job Description
The Senior Executive, Human Resource performs all aspects of employee engagement and interaction with the organization including recruitment and selection; employee lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serves as the HR partner for programme(s) to drive assigned programmes activities: workforce planning, recruitment, change management, staff engagement, compliance with HR policies, legal and statutory requirement.
- Manage talent development including, but not limited to, identification and grooming talents, talent engagement etc.
- Manage recruitment and employee lifecycle activities.
- Update HR documents such as HR Masterlist, Organisation Charts etc. and generate HR reports for Managements reference;
- Administrator for HR systems such as WPOL, EPOL, HRIS, IRAS, Training and Appraisal systems etc
- Manage HR engagement survey and other HR Communications and posting of Workplace; and
- Any other ad-hoc duties as may be required.
Qualifications
- Minimum a Diploma or Degree in HRM or in any related discipline
- Prior experience as a social worker or counsellor would be advantageous
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in handling recruitment cycle, preferably RecruiterPal software
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP and pivot table) would be a plus
- Organised, Meticulous and an eye for details
