Assistant Project Manager - M&E - Plumbing and Sanitary

Job Description

  • Managing project's planning and construction works at the site.
  • Facilitating communication to clearly define project scope, updates, deliverables and escalate issues appropriately
  • Leading and coordinating activities of the project to ensure project progress on schedule and within budget.
  • Reviewing project to fully understand the scope of the work and contract to determine timeframe, funding limitations, the procedure for accomplishing the project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of the project under general supervision.
  • Conferring and advising project staff to outline work plans and assign duties and responsibilities.
  • Monitoring the planning, development, implementation, construction, and testing activities and reports on issues, delays, and changes or concerns to management.
  • Completing the estimation work as necessary, reviewing bid requirements, and following up to ensure all information is acquired during bid day.
  • Certify Progress claim to sub-contractors/ suppliers

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/ Degree in Engineering.
  • Highly motivated and possess strong leadership qualities and the ability to work independently in a challenging environment.
  • 6 Days work Week. 8.30am to 7.0pm Monday to Friday. 8.30am to 3.30pm On Saturday.
