About the job Application Support

  • Should have ability to work in Level2 Production Support Environment and work closely with Clients and Stakeholders and provide maximum possible support.
  • Should have flexibility and be able to adapt according to business needs.
  • Should have good Technical Knowledge in Unix, shell scripting and Oracle and provide solutions to the business users as required
  • Coordinate with L3 and development team to provide and implement solutions as required.
  • Provide Weekend support as and when necessary, depending on Client Requirements
  • Should work on creating Change requests and work with various teams in getting that change approved and get it deployed in production.
  • Should provide support to release management team by performing sanity and validations after successful deployment
  • Should work on handling Incidents and Requests and ensure to provide solution to the issues.
  • Interaction with Business Users and other teams while resolving tickets and ensure to provide solution.
