Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible to do annual order entry 
  • Responsible to handle inquiries from customer
  • Responsible for order processing which includes contract review, orders entry, monitoring delivery from manufacturing site and prepare order acknowledgement to customer
  • Responsible to check inter-co invoices 
  • Responsible to prepare monthly statistic of sales orders and comments
  • Responsible to update fabric performance 
  • Responsible to do general filing in Sales Department 
  • Responsible to do clerical work for Sales Support Department

Job Requirement:

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Business Studies or its equivalent.
  • Good communication skills, details, and innovative mind.
  • computer literate (Excel, power point, Word, Outlook).
  • Required Language : English, Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Ipoh, Perak
  • One internship position available for minimum duration of 3 - 6 months
