About the job Internship Customer Service Representative
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible to do annual order entry
- Responsible to handle inquiries from customer
- Responsible for order processing which includes contract review, orders entry, monitoring delivery from manufacturing site and prepare order acknowledgement to customer
- Responsible to check inter-co invoices
- Responsible to prepare monthly statistic of sales orders and comments
- Responsible to update fabric performance
- Responsible to do general filing in Sales Department
- Responsible to do clerical work for Sales Support Department
Job Requirement:
- Currently pursuing a Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Business Studies or its equivalent.
- Good communication skills, details, and innovative mind.
- computer literate (Excel, power point, Word, Outlook).
- Required Language : English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Ipoh, Perak
- One internship position available for minimum duration of 3 - 6 months
