Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare memos, letters, and maintain employee records such as attendance, leave application, certificate, etc.
  • Assist in payroll.
  • Assist in human resource duties for both local and foreign employee-related issues.
  • Handle foreign employee work permit renewal and accomodation issues.
  • Handle any ad-hoc duties as assigned by superiors.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Possess SPM/Professional Certificate/Diploma in any field.
  • Good attendance and punctuality is a must.
  • Honest and trustworthy. Non-disclosure of confidential employee information.
  • Able to work overtime when necessary.
  • Able to work on public holidays with replacement of days-off when necessary.
