About the job Admin Assistant
Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare memos, letters, and maintain employee records such as attendance, leave application, certificate, etc.
- Assist in payroll.
- Assist in human resource duties for both local and foreign employee-related issues.
- Handle foreign employee work permit renewal and accomodation issues.
- Handle any ad-hoc duties as assigned by superiors.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Possess SPM/Professional Certificate/Diploma in any field.
- Good attendance and punctuality is a must.
- Honest and trustworthy. Non-disclosure of confidential employee information.
- Able to work overtime when necessary.
- Able to work on public holidays with replacement of days-off when necessary.
