Job Description
- Develop and implement strategic partnership plan that inline with business objectives.
- Secure and manage partnership with different stakeholders, like brands, KOL streamers, game publisher and etc. Negotiate commercial models, contractual agreements and post service performance assessment and optimization need to achieve common goals.
- Recommend and execute co-marketing campaigns with partners; identify compelling propositions, develop brand propositions with strong potential and analyze post-campaign performance. Proactively assesses, clarifies and validates partner needs on an on-going basis.
- Manage all processes from start to finish for each partner. To ensure compliance of all parties such as contracts, guidelines and executions are done to ensure the success of the campaign.
- Evaluate and adapt relevant business models through partnership/sponsorship.
- Streamline internal and external process flow for efficiency, and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders including but not limited to Legal, Finance, Marketing, Operations and other teams.
- Demonstrate keen understanding of the market and forecast future trends together with new business opportunities in all partners; i.e. emerging concepts, user behavior and new features.
- Analyze and present partnership report on timely basis, including insights useful for improving future campaign.
Job Requirement
- At least 3 years' working experience in a sales or business development roles.
- Diploma/Degree in Business Studies/Communication/Marketing or related discipline.
- Fluent in written and verbal communication skills for both English and/or Mandarin
- Knowledge in online game and e-sport.
- Strong commercial understanding and business acumen.
- Experience in negotiation, plan/execute marketing campaigns and project management.
- Presentation and analytic skills.
- Creative and proactive in search of new partnership ideas.
