About the job IT Administrator
Duties And Responsibilities
- Liaise with IT Vendor on all IT matters (eg. Create/delete email, report issues to IT Vendor, etc) Including technical support and helpdesk services
- Coordinate, control, implement and maintain user access rights (eg. Folders access)
- Manage and monitor inventory of office supplies/ project site to ensure smooth running of operations) (eg. Tracking of PC/Notebook/Printer)
- Administrative control of the company's IT equipment such as Servers, Computers
- Implementation and setup of company-wide and third-party software solutions. (if any)
- Able to read monthly reports supplied by 3rd party IT Vendors, pick up and highlight abnormalities to IT Steering Committee
- To ensure all backup schedules are running
- Perform up keeping of documentation, IT assets and ensuring policies are adhered to
- Prepare and disseminate IT Advisory/educational materials to Staff
- Coordinate quarterly updates to company website
- Any ad-hoc duties/projects as and when require
Qualifications: Diploma in Computer Science Studies/ Information Technology or equivalent
Experience: Preferably with 1-2 years of relevant experience. Fresh graduates will also be considered.
Specific skills/abilities: Experience in information technology (Window Server, Windows Operating System, Microsoft Office, etc.)
