A multi-location family-owned dealership is looking for accounting support to complete a range of accounting duties at our Manheim location. Prior Automotive Accounting experience is helpful but we will train the right applicant.

This is a 40-hour-a-week position working Monday through Friday. The pay range is $18.00 to $24.00, depending on your experience.

Responsibilities

  • Daily Deposit
  • Post Vehicle Sales in accounting software
  • Maintain vehicle floor plan
  • Maintain Contract spreadsheet
  • Maintain dealer reserve accounts and audit for accuracy monthly.
  • Purify schedules perpetually.
  • Process warranty cancellation checks.
  • Pull daily reports from the manufacturer and post them to corresponding accounts.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Prior Auto Accounting is preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent math aptitude.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • Proficient computer and calculator skills
  • Positive attitude
