Senior Regional S&OP Manager

Your main responsibilities will be in drive and S&OP process for the assigned products within the region. This would include developing, maintaining and monitoring all S&OP processes including target setting, training, process maintenance and tool set use, to achieve an effective S&OP process. Demonstrate alignment to Global demand and supply planning process. You would have prior experience working in transformation into a centralized process.

You will be interacting with different Supply team to lead the regional demand management plan throughout the process to ensure financial and Customer requirements are achieved. Along with planning you would also lead the unit and dollar demand forecast (including revenue and samples) review with other Counterparts.

Looking for candidates with at least 10 12 years of extensive experience in a viable S&OP process managing a large product portfolio. Ideally you would have a strong interaction with cross-functional teams and working with all levels of the management team. Knowledge and experience in forecasting software and demonstrated proficiency in Excel.
