About the job Customer Care Specialist
Job Description
- Answer incoming calls from customers pertaining to roadside recovery assistance & EV charger issues.
- Dispatch recovery teams to customer site in a timely manner.
- Follow up and coordinate between customer and recovery team.
- Provide information to customer (eg, towing fees, battery change fees, EV charging rate etc).
- Provide technical support to customer on automotive related issues.
- Monitoring of workshop operations.
- Manage and resolve customer queries.
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
- Route calls to appropriate resources.
- Complete call logs and reports.
- Other duties assigned by Superior and Managers.
Job Requirement
- Minimum GCE "N" or "O" Levels or equivalent with pass in English.
- At least 1 years of experience in a Call Center environment.
- Knowledge of customer service practices and principles.
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
- Basic IT knowledge and data entry skills.
- Able to work on rotating shift, (Morning, Afternoon and Night).
- 5 days work week on rotating off days.
