JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the ideation, creation, optimization and distribution of the EPF Product & Services content as well as marketing efforts.
JOB SCOPE
- Design and execute various visuals and communications for various platforms like digital and print by:
- Creating high-quality design formatting using Google Suite. Examples include brochures, placemats, presentations, and top-tier proposals as and when needed.
- Creating high-quality designs using Adobe and possibly other design software for various types of marketing collaterals such as infographics, proposals, executive summaries, posters, banners, publications, logos, premiums, visuals and etc.
- Assist in the development/printing of marketing collateral.
- Liaise with internal clients and different lines of service within the firm regarding designs/campaign collaterals.
- Brainstorm with the creative team on content planning.
- Conceptualize and create static images, GIFs, and short-form videos for social media and web-based platforms based on marketing briefs.
- Provide and receive feedback to and from the manager and make necessary changes when needed.
- Illustrate and present concepts/ideas by designing rough layouts of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.
- Amend final designs to client comments and gain full approval.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Malaysian.
- Not below 30 years old on the closing date of application.
- Pass Malay Language including oral test at Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) level.
- Bachelor Degree (Honours) in Graphic Arts, Design, Marketing, Communications, Advertising or equivalent qualifications which is recognized by the Government from any local or abroad higher learning institution or qualification in related field of study which is recognized by the Government.
- At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in handling creative design work including graphics and multimedia.
- Competent candidates with attention to detail, holistic thinking, analytical thinking, and customer-focused competency.
- Skills required:
- Able to liaise with external suppliers on quotation, print, production, and design
- Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics, and layouts.
