Job Description

  • Directing and monitoring day-to-day sales and business operations activities to meet operations goals, overall inventory accuracy adhering to targets and business targets given
  • Forecast and plan in advance the timeline for all operational requirements and manpower needs to meet both business and operations objective
  • Plan work rotas, assign tasks appropriately, and appraise results
  • To oversee all order returns and dispute management
  • Providing leadership, direction and communication to warehouse operations personnel by working closely day to day on all operational task related
  • Involved in human resource, finance, logistical and general administrative matters, recognizing any operational issues and provide solutions for implementation
  • Being a project leader by spearheading and leading the implementation and improvement for all system and structural changes related to operation and productivity
  • Working closely with Management in developing strategic direction for the Company and to formulate operational plans and operational improvement to lower cost

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in business management, or any related field
  • Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
  • Leadership skills and ability to manage staff
  • Strong decision-making, problem-solving skill, excellent communication skills and people skills
  • Preferably with accounting and tax, secretary background
