· To provide basic support on desktop, computers, laptop on windows.

· Provide problem escalation to other groups/leaders/principal vendors where required

· Provide desktop, software troubleshooting

· Support /upgrade Windows 7/10

Requirements

· Basic Knowledge in IT Support.

· Must Able to communicate effectively in English

· Fit and Healthy as the job requires a fair bit of walking

· Basic IT knowledge

· Good attitude and able to follow simple instructions

· Basic IT support

· Setup Classroom / Lab

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
