We are looking for Individuals who have a desire to help resolve issues over the Phone. Ability to "smile" thru the Phone is an important
Pr-requisite.
- Handle customer service hotline and provide excellence customer experience
- Provide quality customer service to customers over phone and/or email
- Co-ordinate with internal department/teammates and ensure closure of all customer service calls/emails.
- Resolve customer queries efficiently and escalate problems/issues promptly
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum O level
- Proficient in English and/or any Mother Tongue Dialect
- 1 to 2 years relevant experience in customer service or contact centre
- Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Computer literate, proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint & Word)
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Ability to handle pressure and tight deadlines
- Able to start work immediately or within short notices will be preferred
- Able to work on weekends (as & when necessary)
