About the job Admin Assistant
Job Responsibility
- To support Transit Centre activities when needed by the management
- Assist to monitor cleanliness of office area
- Organize and maintain proper office filing and record system
- Assist to handle and monitor the issuance of Purchase Order and Purchase Requisition
- Assist to handle and monitoring company vehicles including maintenance, petrol and toll
- Assist to coordinate and monitor of office supplies, e.g. stationary, envelopes, letterheads within mailing unit and stock control
- Assist to monitor reception area function
- Assist to ensure the safety of office area as per guided by City Council
- Assist to maintain and monitor copier machines
- To do general duties or multi-tasking as directed by the Superior
- To assist technical job related to any failure of office equipment
Job Requirements
- At least 1 years working experience in related field
- Work independence & Good Time Management
- Team player with a mature personality and able to work independently under pressure
- Customer focus with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and possess the ability to interact with all levels
