About the job Admin Assistant

Job Responsibility

  • To support Transit Centre activities when needed by the management
  • Assist to monitor cleanliness of office area
  • Organize and maintain proper office filing and record system
  • Assist to handle and monitor the issuance of Purchase Order and Purchase Requisition
  • Assist to handle and monitoring company vehicles including maintenance, petrol and toll
  • Assist to coordinate and monitor of office supplies, e.g. stationary, envelopes, letterheads within mailing unit and stock control
  • Assist to monitor reception area function
  • Assist to ensure the safety of office area as per guided by City Council
  • Assist to maintain and monitor copier machines
  • To do general duties or multi-tasking as directed by the Superior
  • To assist technical job related to any failure of office equipment

Job Requirements

  • At least 1 years working experience in related field
  • Work independence & Good Time Management
  • Team player with a mature personality and able to work independently under pressure
  • Customer focus with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and possess the ability to interact with all levels
