About The Role
We are looking for talented Senior / Product Managers to elevate our existing products to the next era. We envision a central communications platform that caters to varying use case scenarios, ranging from personal to professional, and individual to corporate entities alike.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and implementation of the entire product lifecycle journey
• To translate business strategy into product strategy via data-centric analysis
• To embrace a PDCA cycle for continuous product improvements and enhancements
• Take ownership of the product roadmap and ensure necessary execution of product strategy
• Writing of business requirements and having a good understanding of Agile epics and user stories
• Plan and carry out product launches
• Hands-on involvement in user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Provide insights to stakeholders on the product and market
• Provide marketing with product insights on key differentiators and messages
• Ensure all product features are functional and to troubleshoot and solve any bugs or issues
• Manage all aspects of in-life products, including customer feedback, requirements, and problems
• To be involved in ongoing product feature upgrades and improvements post product launch

Requirements

• Minimally 3 years of relevant experience as a mobile application product manager in a B2C business environment
• Proficient with Agile methodology and familiar with relevant lingo (i.e. epics, user stories etc)
• Strong understanding of mobile application features and implementation feasibility
• Strong data insights and analysis (i.e. good understanding of churn rate, click-through rate, user retention rate, page views & etc)
• Independent and effective problem solver who is comfortable thinking out of the box
• Advantageous to possess new product launch experience
• Advantageous to possess experience in UI/UX development, Adobe XD software, SQL, Figma and Overflow
• Advantageous to possess experience in the development of similar mobile applications (streaming / video / entertainment etc)
