Job Description

  • Optimize organizational and operational structures to increase digital selling and total selling
  • Grow the digital business and develop expansion strategies
  • Work closely with the global E-commerce Manager and the business development team to improve digital selling and our omnichannel customer offering, by securing an enhanced customer experience.
  • Support in managing the overall digital marketing budget and spend effectiveness to secure online growth and development in the APAC region
  • Provide local insights and gather information, using this to develop the digital business
  • Coordinate and drive digital business development projects
  • Collaborate with all functions in the regional team, contribute to an efficient workflow and towards the achievement of our long- and short-term goals
  • Lead and develop your team to grow the business, guide through the whole employee life cycle (selection, performance, appraisal, reward, development, exits)
  • Manage your team in performance marketing channels such as Paid Social and Affiliate accounts, budgeting & forecasting amongst these channels
  • Drive strategy together with local teams for all direct revenue-driving channels including (but not limited to): email, paid search, affiliates, display, and paid social
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing team to develop a strategy and execute campaigns with influencers and/ or talent

Qualifications

  • Previous ecommerce experience working in a leadership role within fashion or retail industry
  • Should have previous experience of direct line management responsibility, leading teams from distance is highly desirable
  • Strong salesmanship and passion for digital sales, retail and COS particularly
  • Experience and an excellent understanding of all core digital channels (SEO, PPC, Paid Social, Programmatic, and Affiliates). Knowledge of APAC local channels is an advantage
  • Has a strategic mind-set
  • Budget management and/ or P&L experience
  • Proactive attitude and drive to constantly improve the business and best practice in order to achieve our goals
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Digital Expansion and site development experience
  • Willingness to travel if required
