Summary
We are looking for an Executive , Customer Care. This role will be based out of our office in RedQ, Sepang. The role reports to the Senior Manager of customer care for teleport.
You will fit perfectly if you enjoy a fast paced working environment are self motivated, enjoy experimentation and have high levels of curiosity and passion. Having an organized and structured way of delivering your thoughts with great attention to detail will make you stand out in this application!
Requirements & Skills
- Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally
- Communicate solutions and information to merchants and consumers effectively
- Route escalations to the appropriate channels
- Engage in training and development initiatives to improve technical and soft skills
- Will be required to work shift
- 5 days a week including weekends
- Shift Time :
- First start shift: 9am
- Last End shift:10pm
- Customer Service experience
- Logistics Background
- E-commerce and start up experience will be an added advantage
- Experience with E-mail, chat and Social Media
