We are currently looking for a full time Director of Human Resources (HR)! This is a great opportunity to gain HR experience with HEALTHCARE HEROS!
Requirements Of The Director Of Human Resources (HR)
- Minimum of a bachelors degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, Organization Development preferred.
- Two (2) plus years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources positions preferably in a long-term care or hospital setting preferred.
- Broad knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, safety, and training and development.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and coaching skills.
- Must successfully complete a post offer, pre-employment criminal background check and physical / drug screen.
- COVID-19 Vaccine Required
Responsibilities Of The Director Of Human Resources (HR)
- Performance management and improvement systems;
- Organization development and training in support of organizational directives;
- Management of Employment and compliance/ regulatory concerns;
- Employee staffing, orientation, development, and training;
- Policy implementation and education;
- Employee relations including direction of the employee engagement committee;
- Compensation and benefits administration;
- Employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health management including management of location Workers Compensation and Unemployment programs.
