About the job Hr Assistant
Job Responsibility
- Provide solutions toward various cases faced by employees on site and off site according to company policy and labor laws.
- Provide advice and coaching employees on all human resource-related matters.
- Maintain HR database to be accurate and up-to-date and provide efficient HR reports and propose findings & solutions to management team.
- Handle HR documents according to company working processes and policies.
- Keep up to date with trends and best practice in the HR areas.
Job Requirements
- Possess Diploma / Degree in relevant field.
- Have min 1-2 year of working experience in HR related field.
- Proficient in Mandarin.
- Good communication skills and eager to learn.
- Willing to travel when required.
