Job Responsibility

  • Provide solutions toward various cases faced by employees on site and off site according to company policy and labor laws.
  • Provide advice and coaching employees on all human resource-related matters.
  • Maintain HR database to be accurate and up-to-date and provide efficient HR reports and propose findings & solutions to management team.
  • Handle HR documents according to company working processes and policies.
  • Keep up to date with trends and best practice in the HR areas.

Job Requirements

  • Possess Diploma / Degree in relevant field.
  • Have min 1-2 year of working experience in HR related field.
  • Proficient in Mandarin.
  • Good communication skills and eager to learn.
  • Willing to travel when required.
