Job Description

  • To support HR Administration of ESP.
  • Support on boarding and off boarding process of employees.
  • Track and monitor of renewal of contract employment, retirement and related.
  • Prepare employee letter such as certification, probation, confirmation letters, etc.
  • Arrange for get well soon basket, wreath, new-born gift, etc.
  • Update organization chart.
  • Process invoices for payment and responsible for opening procurement contract in Ariba system.
  • Responsible for Epson Procurement Agreement (EPA) and Statement of Work (SOW) to DocuSign.
  • Support vendor maintenance form.
  • Co-ordinate employee annual flu vaccination and senior managements executive health screening.
  • Update records in HRMS and checker to the records inputted by payroll vendor.
  • Register for a training program with external training providers and maintain the training records.
  • Perform other HR administrative and ad hoc duties as assigned by HR Manager.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification from recognize university.
  • Preferable with at least 2 years of HR experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Good communication skill
  • Good command of English language.
