Job Responsibilities

  • Assist patients registrations and schedule of appointments; Must be able to perform general administrative duties in upkeeping of files and patient records as required;
  • Polite and able to interact with patients and customers professionally;
  • Establish good rapport with patients;
  • Maintain and upkeep general appearance of reception area tidy at all times;

Qualifications, Experience, Skills

  • General education required (SPM)
  • Good oral and writing skills in English
  • Can work under minimal supervision;
  • Ability to multi-task;
  • Must have a good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, ability to communicate in Mandarin would be an added advantage;
  • No work experience is required (training will be provided);
  • Those with experience will have an added advantage.
