Job Responsibilities
- Assist patients registrations and schedule of appointments; Must be able to perform general administrative duties in upkeeping of files and patient records as required;
- Polite and able to interact with patients and customers professionally;
- Establish good rapport with patients;
- Maintain and upkeep general appearance of reception area tidy at all times;
Qualifications, Experience, Skills
- General education required (SPM)
- Good oral and writing skills in English
- Can work under minimal supervision;
- Ability to multi-task;
- Must have a good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, ability to communicate in Mandarin would be an added advantage;
- No work experience is required (training will be provided);
- Those with experience will have an added advantage.
