Job Description & Requirements
  • Ensure proper planning and execution of projects to meet or exceed performance indicators in term of quality and timeframe
  • Ensure project complies with safety policies, rules and regulations; redesigning work flow and processes if necessary to mitigate safety risks
  • Main point of contact and liaison between project teams and the client's representatives, consultants and relevant authorities
  • Review staffing requirements and direct allocation of available resources to various phases of the projects
  • Manage budget and ensures it achieves beyond target profit margin
  • Implement effective contract and claim management to increase the contractual margin and protect Company against liability claims
  • Able to formulate awards strategy independently
  • Lead tender process and provide technical inputs to secure new jobs
  • Embrace and drive company initiatives in areas of Technology adoption, innovation, Pre-casting
  • Identify and manage potential staff for succession planning
  • Assist to the Project Manager/ Senior Project Manager

Job Requirements:-

  • Have working experience in A&A, R&R and Structural Steel
  • Have experience in liasing with regulatory authorities and clients.
  • Possess good leadership and organizing skills
  • Hands-on person and able to work independently
  • Proficient in computer skills such as Microsoft Project /Word/Powerpoint/Excel etc
