Key Responsibilities

  • Meet directly with team leads to map, document, and analyze current-state processes propose future-state designs identify and prioritize gaps and improvement opportunities based on ROI (costLevel of Effort vs. potential benefits).
  • Build business cases for prioritized projects and create leadership presentations to secure advocacy and resourcing.
  • Assess tools and systems used across functions recommend consolidation and implement governance standards.
  • Act as a business analyst to gather requirements across different functional teams, translate them into design documents and user journeys for submission to software development teams.
  • Support testing, create end-user documentation and training materials.Define metrics and reporting to track progress and measure success establish dashboards and scorecards set review cadences with stakeholders.
  • Lead complex, cross-functional projects while demonstrating excellence in program and portfolio management.
  • Develop standardized templates, frameworks, and operating structures drive adoption across teams.
  • Know where to drive standardization and where to allow for flexibility and creativity.
  • Deploy strong change management and communication strategies to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Manage ongoing portfolio health, including tracking status, highlighting risks, and escalating critical issues.
  • Continuously mature portfolio and program management methods, tools, and governance practices across all BPR teams.
  • Propose new management systems and operational frameworks, as well as improvements to existing ones, for BPR to run more smoothly.
  • Facilitate meetings including driving the agenda and driving to closure on key decisions.
  • Take over PMO related tasks to run day-to-day operations and reporting.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience managing and leading complex, cross-functional projects.
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of project, program, and portfolio planning with the ability to propose standards, set policies, and coach others.
  • Deep knowledge of end-to-end business processes within a high-tech manufacturing or operations environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive large-scale initiatives under pressure, complexity, and ambiguity.
  • Experience leading strategy and change across diverse, global teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).Knowledge of Six Sigma and DMAIC methodologies.
  • Familiarity with program and project management frameworks such as Agile, Kanban, Waterfall, and SDLC.
