About the job Social Worker - Children Services
Experience
- Be able to demonstrate experience of working with young people in a relevant social care setting or undertaking voluntary work with this client group.
- Demonstrate an understanding of Assessment and Care Planning Management.
- Have experience of working with or supporting children with a disability
Aptitude & Skills
- Be able to work within a complex professional environment.
- Be able to work under pressure and handle sometimes conflicting demands.
- Be able to work directly with professionals in the team undertaking joint tasks.
- To understand the boundaries of the role.
- Be able to work alone and use initiative within boundaries set by Team Manager.
- Be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with colleagues.
- Hold a current driving Licence
