Role Purpose:

The position is responsible for driving technical services support to our customers and also develop new business opportunities that will drive PCBLs overall growth strategy and develop strategic business relationships with customers.

KRA:

  • Undertake customer visits to understand technical requirements and continuous communication with required teams.
  • Work with customers for development of new products/ application.
  • Enhance technical and product application knowledge to recommend first time right solution.
  • Conducting technical training for customers, sales teams and channel partners.
  • Coordination with Sales & marketing team for product launch.
  • Explore possibilities of value-added products/ application by way of educating them, to provide desired data/test results etc.
  • Taking Trials and establishing Processes at Customer end, On-site Troubleshooting, Routine Quality Check.
  • Co - ordination with R&D/ Manufacturing/ Process Technology to propose design of product including performance tests.
  • Develop new business opportunities among existing and new customer /segments.
  • Generate new leads and develop customer relationship.
  • Understand customers business products, applications, manufacturing facilities and segments serviced.
  • Establish PCBL grades with a focus on brand identity and by differentiating quality & service.
  • Market Intelligence- Continuous effort to gather information on competitors activities, new products, applications etc.
  • Analyze and interpret results to solve customer issues.

Required Citizenship / Work Permit / Visa Status
Citizenship/ Work permit/Visa of Europe

Must-Haves
Min 5 - 6 years experience in dealing with large corporate.
Min 10 yrs BD experience.
Education/qualification: Masters.
Sales exposure, BD exposure
Technical understanding of rubber blacks.
-Good networking in the International markets.
-Proficiency in English
-IC role.
-Location- Remote Working + customer visit as per requirement (must be willing to travel across Europe)
