Role Context

Role Purpose

Reporting to the HRBP the role will work within People Development to provide professional HR advice and support to managers; Offering appropriate and pragmatic business focused solutions to enable effective management of people issues. This role will focus on providing advice and assistance to line managers on reducing employee absence and improving attendance levels within their teams. Providing on time advice and guidance on implementing SBC absence policy and procedures. The role will be measured against absence targets and time frames.
