Our client a global financial services company is seeking a candidate, who is meticulous in nature, will boast a track record of prowess in Salesforce development and seamless transitions to the Lightning framework. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Identification of enhancement avenues and inventive propositions that factor in customer requisites, external paradigms, data-driven insights, and industry exemplars.
  • Serve as a bridge between business analysts, in-house systems cohort, and external collaborators, contriving remedies aligning with corporate mandates. 
  • Executing a comprehensive gamut of programming tasks ranging from conceptualization, development, and testing to documentation harnessing the potential of the Salesforce ecosystem. 
  • Compiling and sustaining comprehensive technical documentation linked to the engendered solutions. 
  • Staying attuned to Salesforce undertakings and technological trends with bearings on the industry, continually enhancing the Salesforce platform's efficiencies. 
  • Dispensing day-to-day assistance to end users, encompassing issue mediation and root cause dissection. 
  • Overseeing system hitches and, if necessary, escalating to upper echelons of leadership. 
  • Championing system testing, in collaboration with business analysts, delineating test scenarios, devising test scripts, and steering test execution. 
  • Elevating into the capacity of a subject matter authority in Salesforce, alongside Marketing Cloud and related applications. 
  • Aiding in orchestrating production rollouts, aligned with the principles of Agile delivery methodologies.

Requirements

  • 8 years fabricating tailored solutions using Apex, Lightning, batch apex, Lightning Component frameworks, and the Salesforce API. Sophisticated cognizance of the Salesforce CRM ecosystem. 
  • Experience harnessing web services to interlace Salesforce with AWS and other external applications (REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, etc.). 
  • Proficiency with ETL tools such as Informatica, Pentaho.  
  • Deep-rooted familiarity with best practices governing Salesforce development. 
  • Expertise in Agile development protocols. 
  • Fluency in User Experience/Design principles.

  • Familiarity with crafting solutions on alternate cloud platforms like Marketing Cloud, Microsoft Azure, or Amazon Web Services.
