Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Enterprise Architect to join our team. As a SAP Enterprise Architect, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and technical expertise in the design, development, and implementation of SAP solutions across the organization. You will collaborate with stakeholders, business leaders, and IT teams to align SAP strategies with business goals and ensure the effective utilization of SAP technologies. Your deep knowledge of SAP products, architecture, and industry best practices will be critical in driving innovation, scalability, and efficiency across SAP landscapes.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the SAP architecture strategy, roadmaps, and standards, aligned with business objectives and IT strategies.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into SAP architecture designs and solutions.
- Provide guidance and technical expertise on the selection and implementation of SAP products and technologies, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Lead the evaluation and selection of third-party solutions and integration tools to complement the SAP landscape.
- Develop and maintain the SAP application and integration architecture, considering scalability, security, performance, and maintainability.
- Define and enforce SAP architectural principles, standards, and best practices across projects and development teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement SAP integrations with other enterprise systems and applications.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation within the SAP landscape, leveraging emerging SAP technologies and industry trends.
- Lead the evaluation and implementation of SAP upgrades, migrations, and system consolidations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, security standards, and data governance policies within the SAP landscape.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to SAP development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural guidelines and best practices.
- Stay up to date with the latest SAP products, technologies, and industry trends, and provide recommendations for their adoption.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a SAP Enterprise Architect or a similar role, with a strong background in designing and implementing SAP solutions.
- Solid understanding of SAP products, modules, and architecture, including SAP ECC, S/4HANA, SAP BW/4HANA, and SAP Cloud Platform.
- Extensive experience in SAP application design and development, including ABAP programming, customizing, and enhancements.
- Deep knowledge of SAP integration technologies, such as SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI, or SAP NetWeaver Gateway.
- Strong understanding of SAP security concepts, authorizations, and user management.
- Experience in SAP system landscapes, including multi-tier architectures, high availability, disaster recovery, and system monitoring.
- Familiarity with SAP implementation methodologies and project delivery frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex SAP issues.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- SAP certifications, such as SAP Certified Application Architect or SAP Certified Technology Associate, are highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in leading SAP transformations, system consolidations, or migrations to S/4HANA.
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori, UI5, and other SAP user interface technologies.
- Familiarity with SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Data Services, or SAP BusinessObjects.
- Understanding of cloud-based SAP solutions, such as SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Ariba, or SAP Customer Experience.
- Experience with SAP Solution Manager and its capabilities for managing and monitoring SAP landscapes.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies, such as machine learning, artificial intelligence, or robotic process automation, and their integration with SAP systems.
