Mate & Stewardess Couple – 94' Private M/Y

A private 94' Motor Yacht is seeking an experienced Mate & Stewardess couple to join the vessel as part of a professional, long-term program.

The yacht spends the summer season in New York, followed by a month or two in Florida for maintenance before spending the winter season in St. Maarten. Owner usage is light, consisting primarily of local cruising with occasional trips.

This is an excellent opportunity for a couple looking to join a stable program where professionalism, teamwork, and pride in maintaining high standards are valued.

Mate Requirements:

• Previous experience as Mate on a similar-sized motor yacht.
• 100 ton license preferred 
• Confident with docking, line handling, anchoring, and watchkeeping.
• Hands-on approach to exterior maintenance and vessel upkeep.
• Ability to assist with routine engineering tasks is a plus.
• Organized, proactive, and a team player.

Stew Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Stewardess on a private motor yacht.
• Strong housekeeping, laundry, detailing, and service skills.
• Ability to provide a high standard of owner and guest service.
• Well-organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Positive attitude with a professional and discreet approach.

Package:

• Salary: Mate – $5,500 to $6,000/month | Stew – $4,000/month
• Leave: Follows Flag State (Vessel with be Jamaican Flag)
